Pioneer Peak strives to provide quality food and service. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Food Orders

If an order is incorrect due to an error by our staff, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, Pioneer Peak may offer:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Eligibility

Refund requests should be submitted promptly after receiving an order. Requests must include:

  • Customer name
  • Order details
  • Description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted when:

  • Food has been substantially consumed
  • The issue cannot be verified
  • Requests are made after an unreasonable period

Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
